Responsibilities | 責任。:

• Develop and arrange nationwide marketing events
• Communicate with stakeholders to increase customer loyalty and acquisition
• Implement digital marketing activities, including website management
• Oversee new store openings and ensure regular maintenance
• Perform analysis on consumer behavior
• Enhance CRM system and conduct training
• Handle vendor management

Requirements | 要件。:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, merchandise planning or analysis in the retail sector
• PC skills, particularly in MS Excel
• Strong numerical, analytical, and customer service skills
• Business level Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+); German proficiency is advantageous
