Create and execute a long-term technology vision and forward-thinking capability development across all dimensions of the business (including SaaS platform R&D, content management, data, personalization, and design).
Inspire, develop and engage a world-class team of software engineers, developers, project managers, UX designers, data analysts, security managers, and interoperability experts.
Develop, implement, and maintain a short- and long-term strategic technology, product, and data roadmap in support of company business goals and objectives
Maintain industry-leading uptime on critical technology infrastructure through great system architectural decisions, successful monitoring and testing processes, and system redundancy
Provide and take best decision for the employees and company.
Plan best deploy server with best security based on project scenario.
Maintain AWS/Digital Ocean cloud-based servers and projects.
Define and implement development standards according to up-to-date coding methodologies and best practices
Build an agile development culture
Set up a development team workflow
