今回「微生物試験業務（副試験責任者相当）」を募集いたします。

＜概要＞
医薬品である「腹膜透析液」、医療機器である「ダイアライザー（血液透析器）」を製造している当工場にて、微生物試験部署において副試験責任者もしくはそれに準ずる業務を担当していただきます。

＜職務内容＞
医薬品原料試験、医薬品分析及び医療機器に関連した業務（中間製品や最終製品の微生物試験、製造環境のモニタリング等）。それぞれサンプリングから試験の実施までを担当する。

また、各種バリデーションや手順書への落とし込み、査察対応，試験計画の組み立て等も行う。

・医薬品の品質試験
　　―　中間製品及び最終製品の微生物試験
　　―　医薬品原料の品質試験
　　―　製薬用水の品質試験
　　―　プラスチック資材の品質試験（物性試験等）　
　　―　それらのサンプリングから試験の実施（この際重量物の運搬の可能性あり）

・その他品質管理に必要な試験
　　―　その他必要に応じ生じた試験（他試験業務のサポート等）

・微生物試験業務の統括
　　―　部下の勤怠管理、育成及び指導
　　―　手順書の作成及び整備・維持
　　―　トラブル発生時の対応（休日や夜間の出勤を含む）
　　―　品質責任者の補佐
　　―　各種バリデーションの実施及びレポーティングの実施
　　―　査察対応

＜使用試験機器＞

• クリーンベンチ、安全キャビネット、正立顕微鏡、微生物同定装置、オートクレーブ、オートグラフ、マイクロスコープ，エンドトキシン試験装置等

Deputy responsible personnel for microbial testing

This job is in charge of microbial testing and the deputy supervisor at Buzen plant which is manufacturing peritoneal dialysis solution (PD bags : pharmaceutical products) and dialyzers (medical devices).

This position is in charge of raw material test for pharmaceutical products, quality test related with pharmaceutical products and medical devices (ex. Microbial tests for intermediate/final products, environmental monitoring at manufacturing area). Also, it includes the sampling, the testing and the supervising.

Additionally, the person will be assigned to various validation, maintenance of SOPs, audit response and test schedule management as a test supervisor.

Quality test for pharmaceutical products

• Microbial tests for intermediate and final products
• Quality test for raw material of pharmaceutical products
• Quality test for manufacturing water
• Quality test for plastic materials (ex. plastic property test))
• Performing from sampling to testing for above items (Conveying heavy items is sometimes necessary)

Other tests required for quality control

• Supporting other QC teams (chemical test, dialyzer performance evaluation, documentation), etc

Supervising microbial test/team

• Attendance management, training and directing of microbial testing staffs
• Drawing, maintaining and revising of SOPs
• Trouble tackling and resolution (including holiday/night time work)
• Support for quality responsible personnel
• Performing and reporting of various validations
• Response to various audits

Clean bench, safety cabinet, upright microscope, microbe identification equipment, autoclave, autograph, endotoxin measurement equipment, etc.

Required Skills

＜必須要件＞

1. 上記「担当試験内容」程度の基礎知識を有すること　
2. 製薬、化学、食品系の企業において品質管理業務経験があること（尚可。）
3. 微生物試験以外の業務経験（尚可）
4. Word、Excelを用いた文書作成やデータ整理ができること
5. GMP、薬事法、ISO等の知識を有することが望ましい
6. 大学卒以上であることが望ましい
7. TOEIC550点以上の英語能力（尚可）
8. 試験レポートの作成経験（尚可）
9. プレゼンテーションスキル（尚可）

1. Basic knowledge for the above test content
2. Practical experience in pharmaceutical/chemical/food companies is desirable
3. Test experience except for microbial test is desirable
4. The ability to make documents and organize data by using Word and Excel
5. Knowledges of GMP/pharmaceutical law/ISO/etc are desirable
6. Academic background more than university degree is desirable
7. English ability more than 550 points at TOEIC is desirable
8. Document making experience is desirable
9. Presentation skill is desirable
