Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment of the people strategy and business plans
  • Handle various HR procedures
  • Provide insights regarding policies and procedures within the company
  • Coordinate suitable training for employees to increase productivity
  • Ensure corporate guidelines are followed by employees
  • Perform data auditing to support decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR in Japan
  • Expertise in local labour laws
  • Skilled in MS Office and relevant HR tools (PeopleSoft is advantageous)
  • Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+ is ideal)
