Responsible for supply chain & inventory management and distribution of materials or products towards the respective concern, under supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities
To Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company's different warehouses & stores.
Organize & maintain inventory of raw materials, Instruments and organize distribution in a planed way.
Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
Prepare proper pipeline for all the products and materials in alignment of sales & marketing plans and to direct the movement, storage and processing of inventory
Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
Maintain ERP Software
To assist line manager preparing yearly Supply Chain budget and to maintain business center wise cost aiming to profitability and for Supply Chain performance report for the management
Evaluate past performance data and market condition to forecast market needs and production scheduling, financial stability
To maintain and follow supply chain policies and procedures to support functional infrastructure.
